Where can I store my luggage?

In two locations on Lake Atitlán: Panajachel — Atitlán Rest y Café and San Juan La Laguna. You always pick up at the same location where you dropped off — there's no transfer between them.

How much does it cost?

$5 USD per piece per calendar day. Dropping off Tuesday and picking up Wednesday counts as 2 days. Example: 2 suitcases for 3 days = $30. Maximum 10 pieces and 30 days per booking.

What are the drop-off and pick-up hours?

Luggage is received and picked up during the restaurant's opening hours at each location — there are no separate hours for storage.

What happens if I'm late picking up my luggage?

We charge the extra days when you pick up, and your luggage is not released until that balance is paid.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, free of charge until 11:59 PM the day before your drop-off date. After that time there is no refund.

What if my luggage is lost or damaged?

Our liability is capped at $100 USD per piece. We do not accept valuables in stored luggage.

How do I book?

Choose a location, your drop-off and pick-up dates, and how many pieces. The total is calculated for you before you pay, and you get a QR code to claim your luggage.
